Commissioners extend TEFAP agreement through Sept. 30, 2027

The Fulton County Commissioners approved Amendment No. 1 to the Program Management Agreement for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), contract No. 4100090753, extending the agreement to Sept. 30, 2027. "Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and execute Amendment No. 1 to the Program Management Agreement for The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), No. 4100090753, between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, through the Department of Agriculture, and the County of Fulton extending the contract date to September 30, 2027. All in favor," the minutes state.
