Selectboard delays library easement changes until after construction; Connolly votes nay
The board decided any modification to the easement between Casco Public Library and the town will occur after construction; the motion passed with one Nay from Eugene Connolly.

The Selectboard on June 16 moved and seconded that any modification to the easement agreement between the Casco Public Library and the Town of Casco would occur after construction is complete. The motion was made by Grant Plummer and seconded by Robert MacDonald. The vote recorded MacDonald, Plummer and DeMartin as voting Yea and Eugene Connolly as voting Nay.
