On May 14 the council held the first reading of Ordinance No. 2026-07, which would amend Town Code Title 18 (Zoning) to add definitions and development standards for accessory dwelling units (ADUs), tiny homes (including tiny homes on wheels), tiny home parks, and mixed residential and commercial property developments, and to change standards for lot coverage and fence heights.
