The Zoning Board of Appeals approved two minor variances for 1200 North Hamlin Avenue (case VA‑25‑29) at the Dec. 18 meeting, allowing a two‑story addition that encroaches the front yard by about 9 inches and permitting an addition to a nonconforming structure. Staff described the project as a double minor variance that was eligible for administrative review but was referred to the board at the zoning administrator's discretion.
