The Arlington County Board voted unanimously to extend the term of validity for the Rosslyn Gateway Phased Development Site Plan (SP #419) and the associated site plan for three years, to June 30, 2028, and to enact amended ordinances vacating certain public‑street easements and portions of right‑of‑way. Vice‑Chair Matt de Ferranti moved the action; the motion passed 5‑0.
