Health & Human Services presented a proposed contract for a modern casework software system and a funding strategy at the Feb. 17 meeting. Staff said they had negotiated a 46.7% discount and were preparing a grant application (source of funding identified as a state grant program) with a near‑certainty of success according to staff.
