Administrators representing five elementary schools told the board they have aligned curricula, common PLT structures (launch, checkpoint, destination), and expanded coaching cycles so that instruction and interventions are consistent across buildings. "There is a lot of alignment despite being 5 very different buildings," a presenter said, noting 80+ teachers are participating in coaching cycles this year.
