Engineer Lennon summarized the monthly engineering report, saying the authority is "underway of closing out the permits, the MPDS permit being the big 1 with Washington County." He told the board the wastewater treatment plant contractor has worked through most punch-list items and that Mike is testing corrective actions on the plant's UV system to determine whether performance improves with the contractor's recommendations.
