Mayor Sam Keller read a proclamation at the Dec. 16 Cheviot City Council meeting naming Dec. 16 as Langenbrunner Day in recognition of Greg Langenbrunner, owner of G & G Langenbrunner Masonry Company, for donating time and materials to construct the bell tower for the America 250 celebration. The minutes note the dedication of the monument will occur on Jan. 1 following the council meeting.
