Law Director Rohr told the council he needs clarification on requested legislation regarding public consumption of marijuana products and called for a Laws, Rules & Ordinances committee meeting on Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. to discuss definitions and scope. Councilmember Hugo Petermann scheduled the committee meeting and said the Law Director and the Police Chief will attend to help determine what constitutes public consumption and whether gummies, edibles, or THC-infused drinks should be included.
