The Town of Patterson board approved two five-year procurement contracts with Oak Ridge for refuse disposal and single-stream recycling for Garbage District Number 2. The refuse contract was read into the record with a first-year rate of $115.115 per ton and an escalation to $129.43 by year five. The single-stream recycling contract was awarded with a first-year rate of $70 per ton and a final-year rate of $78.79.
