Council President Kerry Smyth moved to introduce Resolution 25-22 authorizing the Safety-Service Director to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Mutual Road Fund and to execute contracts as required for a project at Washington and Walter Avenues; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Chris Watt and a motion to adopt was made by Mr. Smyth and seconded by Mr. Voss.
