Council appoints officers to submit State Capital Improvement Program applications for two neighborhoods

Councilmember David Voss introduced two near-identical resolutions—25-21 and 25-23—to appoint a chief executive officer, chief financial officer and project manager to submit necessary applications for the State Capital Improvement Program and to execute project agreements for Washington & Walter Avenues and Kenkel & Ruckle Avenues. Both resolutions declare an emergency; motions to adopt were made by Council President Kerry Smyth and seconded by other members.
