Garfield Township trustees unanimously approved a local governing body resolution enabling charitable gaming licenses for the HSC Foundation. The board's roll-call vote recorded Yes from D. Butkovich, Albright, S. Butkovich, M. Butkovich and Fillman; no members voted against the resolution.
