The Leelanau County Board approved moving forward with a proposed Senior Services millage renewal to appear on the August 2026 ballot. The proposed renewal would levy 0.320 mills for four years (2026–2029); the board directed county counsel (Cohl, Stoker & Toskey) to draft ballot language and scheduled further review at the March executive session.
