Diana Baum of Community Development asked the board to approve a cooperating-agency participation agreement with the Bureau of Land Management to allow county input on amendments to the Vernal Resource Management Plan affecting oil and gas leasing. "This item was discussed at last week's work session, and it is an invitation to participate as a cooperating agency in the amendment to the resource management plan for oil and gas leases in Vernal," she said.
