The Madison County Planning & Zoning Commission on Feb. 17 recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve six small rezoning requests (parcel recombinations, a family home site, farm compliance and an accessory dwelling). All six items were recommended by unanimous vote and will be considered by the Board on March 2, 2026.
