Chief Compliance Officer Justin H. Cox told the Colquitt County Board of Commissioners at the Nov. 4 work session that the county will hold a public hearing on a rezoning request submitted by Scott Whidby. The request seeks to rezone property at 130 Doc Darbyshire from AG (agricultural) to C-3 (commercial) to allow expansion of an existing business.
