At the close of argument the presiding justice thanked counsel and said the case would be submitted for decision: "The case will be submitted, and the court will stand adjourn until we return to the Hall Of Justice." No opinion or order was announced from the bench; the panel will issue a decision in due course. The court's submission indicates the justices will now consider briefs and the oral argument record before issuing an opinion.
