Board debates training policy, dashboard access and evaluation timeline

Board members reviewed a draft policy on training and conference attendance, discussed creating a standard request form and annual planning for conferences, and scheduled orientation and consensus sessions with an OSBA facilitator to complete board self-evaluation and the superintendent evaluation in early spring.
