The Hooker County Board of Commissioners authorized purchase of a new road drag and agreed to have the county's crack filler repaired after receiving a road report from Mike Baum. "Baum, unable to attend the meeting sent his road report, requested the purchase of a road drag and asked the board to have the crack filler repaired," the minutes state; Crisp moved to authorize the purchase and Kraye seconded the motion, which passed by a 3–0 roll call vote.
