Carlisle City Council unanimously adopted Resolution 12‑25 on May 13, accepting and ratifying the Montgomery County Tax Incentive Review Council (TIRC) recommendations for the city’s tax‑incentive districts. City Manager Chris Lohr noted Carlisle participates in TIRC reviews in both Montgomery and Warren counties because the city spans two counties.
