Engineers describe structural fixes after earlier unpermitted work

Board members heard technical testimony about structural problems discovered in portions of the property that earlier speakers said had been built without permits. TJ told the board the inspector and applicant’s engineer had "done calculations" and added support where needed; he said the previous build did not follow the original plans.
