The Borough of Modena accepted a settlement agreement on Sept. 21, 2026, with payments scheduled to begin Oct. 1, 2026. VP Kim Sherman moved to accept the agreement and Council member Edward Hines seconded; the council recorded the action as accepted with the vote noted as 'all in favor.'
