The Borough of Modena council on Sept. 21 approved a demolition contract with F.R. Beinke for the Meridith Court project, contingent on the borough receiving the contractor's signed agreement. Council member Jennifer Taylor moved for approval and VP Kim Sherman seconded; the council recorded the vote as "all in favor."
