Sto-Rox SD staff report progress on recovery plan, outline DCED capital application and note IRS liability
Chair Nancy Hines said the district is making progress on the Amended Financial Recovery Plan 2025, is applying for a $5 million DCED capital grant (deadline March 13) to address at least $7 million in needs, and disclosed an IRS liability dating to March 2022 that the solicitor is reviewing.

Nancy Hines, chair of the Sto-Rox SD financial recovery advisory committee, told the committee the amended financial recovery plan 2025 includes an active tracking tool and that the district is preparing a DCED capital-application to address building needs. She also disclosed an IRS liability the business office discovered from March 2022 and said the solicitor is reviewing the matter.
