Shantel Pentland, the Village administrative assistant, called the July 13, 2026 Decatur Day ‘26 Planning Committee meeting to order at 4:04 p.m. Amber Osha moved to approve the meeting agenda and the March 9, 2026 regular meeting minutes; Megan Duncan supported the motion and the motion carried unanimously, recorded as 9-0.
