The Toombs County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to table consideration of the Toombs County School Board’s 2026 millage-rate resolution on Sept. 11, 2026, after County Manager John M. Jones told the board that the School Board had not provided the resolution prior to the Called Meeting.
