The Washington Township Board of Supervisors approved a subdivision for the Leroy Sparks Estate, located at 57 Hofman Rd (Parcel JD-8), during its Sept. 15 meeting. The plan, presented by surveyor Ronald Brown, separates two existing dwellings on a single parcel and notes that one building lot could be available in the future.
