Pulaski County moves to eliminate mobile-home decals as records digitized

The minutes record Resolution 2026-9 addressing Pulaski County's mobile-home decal requirement. Previously, mobile-home owners were required to place a decal on their unit indicating applicable taxes had been paid. With county tax records digitized, officials said the decal program is obsolete and eliminating it will remove the county expense of printing decals.
