City planning staff presented BAC‑26‑004, a request to allow electronic changeable copy on a monument sign for a gas station on Trail Lake Drive within PD978. Staff said the sign would total 67.33 square feet with 3.48 square feet devoted to ECC — roughly 5.9% — well under the 25% cap for mixed‑use districts.
