Councilman Jay Hayes moved and the council approved Resolution No. 2026-02-09 authorizing the City of Checotah to pursue the 2026 CDBG REAP Grant. The motion carried with Councilman Mike Key, Councilman Tony Fields, Councilman Joey Marion, Councilman Ronnie Brinsfield, Councilman Jay Hayes, Councilman Rusty Rogers, Councilwoman Jodi Greenleaf, and Councilman Rusty Beaver voting yes.
