Manager: library construction progressing; USDA toured site, park grant extended
The town manager reported that library construction is progressing (concrete poured, exterior walls and elevator shaft complete), USDA staff toured the site in relation to the federal grant, and a park grant was extended to next September.

At the Oct. 6 meeting the Town Manager (S2) reported progress on the new library project and related town grant activity. The manager said "All the concrete's poured now. The external walls are up. The elevator shaft is complete," and added that the USDA, which oversees the federal grant the town received, toured the library and offered briefings to staff.
