Nick Tatman, Director of Job and Family Services, presented a Data Sharing Confidentiality Agreement between the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and Local Workforce Area 20 (document D-OWDOCARTS-00124). The Board voted to approve the agreement during the Sept. 8 session; the motion was offered by Commissioner Harold R. Henson and seconded by Commissioner Gary K. Scherer and recorded as unanimous.
