Commissioner Gary Scherer moved, and Commissioner Harold Henson seconded, a resolution (PC-092926-70) recognizing October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month in Pickaway County. The resolution described domestic violence impacts and invited citizens to join the Haven House of Pickaway County’s Annual Silent Victims Rally on Oct. 5, 2026. The motion carried with Commissioner Wippel absent; Commissioners Henson and Scherer voted yes.
