County approves change orders, CDBG increase and Planning Next contract
Commissioners approved a decrease in a resurfacing contract ($31,659.82), a $7,560 change order for the Williamsport CDBG neighborhood revitalization project, repayment of a CDBG advance, and a contract with Planning Next, LLC for land-use mapping and recommendations.

Pickaway County Commissioners on Aug. 25 approved a set of project contracts and adjustments. The board accepted a change order for the 2025 Pickaway County and Township Resurfacing Project (Contract C) reducing The Shelly Company’s contract by $31,659.82 due to decreases in quantity. They also approved Change Order No. 2 on the Village of Williamsport Neighborhood Revitalization CDBG Contract “A,” increasing the contract by $7,560 to accommodate delayed Buy America exterior lights and added scope (foyer cleaning and epoxy floor preparation/coating) and extending contract time by 61 days.
