Council approves pay application and change orders as Palm View fire station advances

Construction manager Josh Surdivarano reported to council that pay application No. 2 for Kimber 1985 LLC covered work completed in March—foundation work, steel and CMU deliveries, site utilities and materials—and staff recommended approval.
