Council approves PD 27 amendment to accommodate trails preliminary plat
Foxwood LLC's request to amend PD 27 to replace approved exhibits and satisfy a preliminary plat condition was approved unanimously after staff noted notice requirements were met and the planning commission recommended approval 5–0.

Town planning staff described Foxwood LLC's request to amend Planned Development (PD) 27 by updating Exhibit A (legal description) and Exhibit B (concept plan and development standards) to satisfy a preliminary‑plat condition. "Foxwood LLC is requesting to further amend PD 27 by updating and replacing the previously approved exhibits associated with the ordinance," the presenter said, and noted staff received no letters in opposition and that the town attorney and P&Z had reviewed the amendment.
