The Chair opened the meeting shortly after 5:30 p.m. and asked attendees to join in the pledge. "Good evening and welcome to tonight's meeting," the Chair said, noting a brief delay while waiting for a quorum and then stating the meeting had a quorum and moving forward with agenda items.
