Foundation-funded programs deliver down-payment aid, tax relief and temporary housing help
The Community Foundation reported it paid property taxes for 108 qualified flood survivors, provided down-payment assistance for 20 survivor families (six in Kerrville) and is funding temporary housing for dozens of households while they rebuild.
