The board approved revised Board Operating Procedures at its Dec. 16 regular meeting. Trustee Gerald Colter moved for approval and Trustee Ansel Bradshaw seconded; the minutes record the action as 'Motion made by Trustee Gerald Colter seconded by Trustee Ansel Bradshaw to approve the Board Operating Procedures as presented. Motion carried unanimously (7/0).'
