Surveyor Beau Watkins updated the Board on Maple Brook Terrace (705), recounting that roughly 10 years earlier the drain had been 'dipped' too deep and that earlier plans to pipe and fill the segment were halted after an Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) review classified the segment as a stream.
