Commission selects Ingram Engineering for CDBG application, approves RVRC agreement

At the Jan. 7 meeting the commission selected Ingram Engineering as the highest‑scoring firm to serve as the engineering consultant for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application. The minutes report five firms applied and list Ingram with the top score of 67; the motion to approve Ingram was made by Commissioner Jason Frost and seconded by Commissioner Damon Hoyte and passed unanimously.
