Clerk Adam Lavigne told the DRB on Oct. 7 that a developer identified as Cota has postponed plans to build storage units across from Emmon’s Grocery; the developer expects to resubmit the project in January. Because storage is not a permitted use in the village district, any resubmitted application must come before the DRB as a conditional-use application.
