Centerstone seeks county support for re-designation, outlines local services

Lisa Dominozzi, market CEO for Centerstone of Indiana and CEO of Adult and Child, told the Johnson County Board of Commissioners that the organizations have merged under the Centerstone brand and asked the board to sign a letter to the state director of the Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) requesting redesignation for Marion and Johnson counties.
