Cold Spring adopts water and wastewater rate increases to fund system upgrades
The Cold Spring Board of Trustees adopted resolutions raising in‑village flat water rates to $105.37 per assessed unit (per 0.25) and water usage to $3.68 per 1,000 gallons, and raised wastewater rates to $2.34 per 1,000 gallons and a flat wastewater charge of $98.10 per 0.25, effective July 1.
