Mayor Sam Keller provided administrative updates at the March 4 meeting. He said a copy of the proposed budget "will be ready Wednesday and will be emailed to all members of council," and that the City's contact at Alloy had requested an extension for RFP submissions regarding the former Cappel’s building; both parties who had shown interest remained engaged.
