Butte County Planning Commission unanimously approved a sketch/letter of intent for Kathy J. Riley (aka Kate J. Riley) covering tracts in Section 7 and voted the proposal "Qualifies for Exception, Article III, Item 2." A substitute motion approving the exception also passed unanimously.

The Butte County Planning Commission on Oct. 14 unanimously approved a sketch and letter of intent filed by Kathy J. Riley (aka Kate J. Riley) for tracts R4 and R5 in Section 7 (T7N, R1E). According to the meeting record, the board found the proposal "Qualifies for Exception, Article III, Item 2."
