Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan opened the meeting by saying the purpose was to interview the firms that submitted bids for design and bidding services for the ENR treatment plant upgrade and noted Rauch, Inc. withdrew its bid on March 10, 2025. With Rauch removed, the council interviewed two firms in public sessions.
