Mayor Vanessa Martin opened the City of Climax council meeting at 6:30 p.m. on July 13. Roll call showed Mayor Vanessa Martin, Council Member Kenneth Stone and Council Member Betty Clark present; Council Members Temecca Patterson and John Walker were absent. The council noted that, although a quorum existed to conduct business, there were not enough members present to legally approve the prior month's minutes.
